St. Patrick’s Parish, Burin is seeking an individual for the position of Administrative Assistant. This is a full time position - 30 hrs week with a possible increase in hours as Covid-19 restrictions lift. This position will be responsible for a wide range of administrative, accounting and general office functions. Applicants should have a diploma in Office Administration with 3-5 years of administrative assistant experience with a speciality in accounting. Accounting skills to efficiently process accounting data in computerized accounting software ensuring timely and accurate monthly financial statements are required. This position requires an individual with skills to multitask and work independently.
