We are blessed to have three men presently studying for the priesthood at St. Augustine’s Seminary in Toronto. However, the cost to the Archdiocese for the studies of each seminarian for this academic year will be in excess of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000.00) for a total cost of over one hundred and fifty thousand dollars ($150,000.00). To assist in covering these costs, a special “Seminarian Studies Collection” is being taken up in all the parishes of the Archdiocese on the weekend of March 1st – 2nd. Envelopes marked “Seminarian Studies Collection” will be distributed to each parish for use in this collection.
