St. Joseph's (Lamaline) records are currently located at St. Thomas Aquinas Parish.

St. Patrick's (Burin) records are currently located at Sacred Heart Parish (Marystown).

Conception Bay

St. Edward's (Kelligrews) St. Thomas of Villa Nova (Topsail) and Holy Family (Paradise) records are currently located at St. Edward's Parish.

Mount Pearl

St. Peter's and Mary Queen of the World records are currently located at Our Lady Queen of Families Parish.

North East Avalon

St. Agnes' and St. Michael's Parish (Pouch Cove/ Flatrock) and Holy Rosary (Portugal Cove) records are currently located at Holy Trinity Parish.

Placentia Bay

St. Francis Xavier (Long Hr./ Southern Hr.) are currently located at Our Lady of Angels Parish.

Southern Shore

All records from Our Lady Star of the Sea parish, Witless Bay, are now housed at Sts. Peter and Paul Parish, Bay Bulls.

St. John's 

Corpus Christi records are currently located at St. Teresa's Parish.

St. Patrick's, St. John Bosco and St. Pius X records are currently located at the Basilica Parish.
