Baptismal & Marriage Certificate | $50

To order a certificate, researchers must provide the full name of the sacrament recipient(s), exact date sacrament took place, name of the church/community where sacrament took place, and a reference page or number to the sacrament ledger.

$10 per additional copy.

Research Request: Baptisms & Marriages | $75

Researchers who are missing the details required to order a certificate can request the archivist to conduct a search on their behalf. Research requests must include as much information as possible. Archive staff is limited and research is time-consuming.

Research Request: Other Collections | $50/hr.

Researchers interested in material outside of the sacrament records can request the archivist to conduct a search of the collection on their behalf. Certain records are currently unavailable to researchers. Please contact the archivist for a list of finding guides and unrestricted material before making a request.

Archivist Assisted Appointments | $15/hr.

Researchers visiting the archive must be assisted by the archivist when retrieving material and when viewing delicate records. Please schedule an appointment with the archivist before visiting.
